Melakukan penagihan secara efektif dan efisien kontrak past due 1 - 90 Motor, sehingga dapat mengembalikan status kontrak pastdue menjadi current untuk konsumen yang melakukan pembiayaan BPKB Motor pada BFI Finance cabang Jakarta Utara.
