- Maintain Sales Transaction Data (Store, Non Store) with SAP System,
- Maintain Inventory Transaction Data SAP
- Mapping and Setup SAP (Related to Promotion, Store).
- Provide Promotion Bank Data on Week 1 Every Month.
- Supporting the Monthly Closing Timeline
- Manage and ensure ERP projects are done on time, on budget and on scope with high customer satisfaction
- Support system users in the compilation, submission, review, and approval of ERP data requests
- Take responsibility to monitor master data, system configuration and transactions in order to make sure the operational can run smoothly and accomplish plan procedure for production.
- Provide System Solutions and implement Legacy SAP system projects
- Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.
- Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions.
- Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
- Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
- Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Experience in SAP B1
- Preferable from Retail background
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the business process implementation and software development processes.
- Business Process Development experience, working in an ERP-led environment
- More than 3 years’ experience of working with ERP (at supervisor level position)
- Excellent time management
- Strong Knowledge of Accounting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team player and able to work and learn independently when necessary.
- Hardworking with acute attention-to-detail skills.
