Job Responsibilities

The individual is appointed to play roles in managing clients’ relationship related to Domestic Funds Services products and also becoming escalation point for Global Securities Operations (GSO) for any issue that require client’s involvement.

General responsibilities of the SeS RTM are:

Managing client relationship and providing service to Domestic Fund Services Clients, i.e. Investment Manager and Insurance, including cross sells to growth the revenues (by farming across services)

Complete clients’ regular service reviews, due diligence questionnaires and visit.

Lead and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) with clients and make any revision to the SLA whenever necessary.

Acting as Accountable Client Officer (ACO) in performing KYC process to clients.

Work with market information officer and Product Development Team to ensure timely update to clients on latest market developments and product initiatives.

Work closely with Sales and Product Management team when there is any new
account, new client, new funds, products or enhancements to the current services to client.

Arrange for Onboarding set up, account set up with CLM/ABA Team and and liaise with dbCenter to set up dbdi/dbdc

Work with Product Management, Sales and GSO to reduce manual process and increase efficiency.

Work closely with Operations team within the bank (i.e. GSO, GMO, GCO and CLM) in managing services to clients.

Liaise with Other third-party banks and selling agent on behalf of Investment Manager starting from opening account, documents (Operating Memorandum, Inter Custodian Switching Agreement and other documents and arrange access to electronic channel for Ops reconciliation.

Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements related to processes in RTM and necessary. documentations in place.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualities Required

Business minded individual who is a Client Focused, energetic and innovative, and mature in their business judgment

Self-confident and performance driven

Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality presentations and communicate with client and all levels of management

Ability to work in co-operative manner with RTM Colleagues and all stakeholders in the bank.

Good working knowledge of the securities / banking practices and regulations of Indonesia

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian

Experience / Qualifications

Individuals with custody experience or with background in Custodian Bank is an advantage

Proven experience in client facing roles.

Fully conversant in both English and Indonesian, including written communication
