Danfoss is looking for an energy-efficiency minded Sales Manager who will be responsible for the development of the Drives business in the country to achieve short and long term targets, focusing on the HVAC sector. The preferred candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level as a true partner to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Direct responsible to develop Danfoss Drives sales related to HVAC/R, District Cooling & Data Centre
- Responsible for establishing connection and with key stakeholders - OEMs, end-users, contractors, and consultants to influence opportunities at early stages of projects, while enhance the good relationship with existing customers via spec-in activities.
- Develop and deliver high value proposition together with Commercial Building Cross- Segment BDM and offerings high valued added consulting sales as “Danfoss” total solution.
- Assess market opportunities, develop strategy and business proposals, generate contacts and maintain opportunity pipelines
- Leverage appropriate resources at different levels and functions of internal stakeholders - cross-product lines/sales, marketing and technical supporting team in country to lead the optimized Danfoss solutions to influence customers
- Create Danfoss visibility by educating/training the markets and connecting in industry trade associations, industry expositions, and symposia
- Support technical and commercial negotiations with customers

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Degree in Business, Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Drives sales and support function in HVAC/R, District Cooling, Data Centre
- A proactive salesperson with strong passion for Drives.
- Talented in channel or partner management
- Has a good understanding of drives market, application knowledge, and drives opportunities within HVAC/R, District Cooling, Data Centre
- Experience in handling customers of different profiles such as Contractor, Consultants , Panel Builder, System integrator, OEM, End-user, etc.
- Has excellent communication skills along with a customer-focused attitude and a strong drive for results. Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Ability to prioritize, focus, and complete most critical tasks while handling multiple assignments with shifting priorities.
