Role Summary: Responsible for optimizing the administration of logistics management functions for both raw materials & finish products, often including multiple job functions.

Responsibilities:

Managing the following work process in the areas of Warehousing, Distribution & Transportation in the assigned business area.

Source, negotiate and select transporters that can deliver the best total cost and services

Source, negotiate and select warehousing providers that fit the operation needs

Achieve the agreed service level agreements (SLA) targets for freight and warehousing

Ensure stocks in warehouse is secured, accounted and properly tracked at all time

Ensure documents are in placed for incoming and outbound shipments, custom clearance, import permit, Release of Notice Arrival, Import License of DG, banker guarantee and etc.

Maintain updated shipping information in the system.

Coordinate with other team member for smooth shipment.

Supervise daily operational activities such as receiving job, loading, unloading and stuffing.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
