- Manage and lead Tender & Proposal Team in bidding and tender process
- Preparing technical documents for tender
- Prepare tender presentation for clients
- Maintain company's latest document database for future projects and tender both in hardcopy and softcopy
- Assist and coordinate with Project team for pre construction meeting
- Coordinate with clients from tender process to contract execution
- Make monthly report regarding current contracts
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
- At least 10 years of experience in Service Bidding or Tender role and EPC / Construction company. Preferably with experience in Industrial / Oil & Gas / Energy / Petrochemical projects
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
