- Responsible for overall sales activities of the hotels, leading the market share
- Strategizing and executing strategies to achieve targets with the sales, revenue and marketing teams
- Preparing personal business plan of sales team, as well as for self
- Consistently maintain strong relations with key players in the market of all segments, including prominent and regular in house guest.
- Leading and nurturing the sales force, inculcate best practices for sales
- Proactively develop and manage key relations with key hotel partners, leaders, owners and regional teams of Accor
- Collaborating to formulate the annual budgets and reforecasts and presenting the same with comprehensive time bound strategies

- Preparing Sales Reports as per timeliness
- Attending relevant trade fairs and steering regular sales visits
- Solid background in understanding of managed segments like , Wholesale, MICE and Weddings, with relationships in the market place

- Excellent Communication Skills (Thai & English)
