· Responsible for organization and supervision of assigned weddings from date of booking to departure of the guests, including wedding requirements, guestrooms requirements, guestrooms pick up and F&B related issues.
· Maintain contact with clients to encourage repeat business.
· Conduct wedding finalizations to ensure key departments are aware of the relevant details pertaining to the group upon their near arrival.
· Finalize logistic requirements of confirmed weddings.
· Coordinate and follow up with the hotel operating departments to ensure smooth delivery of hotel’s promised services.
· Handle all documentation to be sent to clients.
· Handle all incoming telephone enquires effectively.
· Handle on pre-wedding discussion to delivering actual event arrangements.
Work Experience
· Candidate must possess at least a Hospitality Management Degree or equivalent.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position. Experience in collaborate with wedding organizer vendors.
· Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting process.
· Excellent customer skills and superior interpersonal skills.
· Ability to plan and execute events effectively with a strong attention to detail.
· Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
