JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the existing tribes to gather information from internal and external sources regarding issues that currently happen.
- Research for competitors in the market, if they are experiencing the same issues and what are the solutions or actions taken to solve the issues.
- Assist the existing tribes to monitor the progress of the project implementation, including conduction stand up meetings, sprint review, retrospective and planning meetings.
- Assist the existing tribes to create requirements documents and standard operating procedures including the process of socializing it to the respective stakeholders.
- Assist the existing tribes to give solutions to other tribes by brainstorming solutions to the root cause of the issues.
- Take a major in Engineering, Business or any related field.
- Min. 3 years experience in related field.
- Has exposure in lending product.
- Exprienced in gather requirements (internal & external)
- Responsible in making technical documents such as PRD, TRD, BRD, etc
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- A team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Plus point if you have any experience or knowledge about agile methods.
