We are looking for an Engineering Manager, The responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for the design, development, quality, and delivery of initiatives for the engineering team
- Plan, coordinate and delegate tasks effectively that ensure engineering projects are delivered with great quality and in a timely manner
- Proactively lead stakeholder communications related to deliverables and risks
- Actively and directly contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements
- Prepare reports on project updates or general performance metrics for cross-departmental presentation
- 6+ years of experience as a Engineering Manager/Lead Engineer/Technical Lead, preferably familiar with Node.js, Kotlin, Swift & Phyton
- Experience using version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and CI/CD tools
- Working knowledge in GCP & AWS is considered an added value
- Experience in system architecture design for highly-scalable and highly-available system
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good project management skills
