- Develop, direct, manage, and coordinate the preparation of strategies and work plans for Lending & Funding business development.
- Implementing programs and work plans for the development of systems, procedures, and technology in accordance with established business goals (Lending & Funding).
- Coordinate in an effort to achieve Lending & Funding targets through the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Monitor the growth of credit/lending and the growth of third party funds/funding at the Branch Office
- Improving internal processes at Branch Offices, anticipating operational risks and handling problems related to operational risks.
- Ensure that KPIs for all employees in the operations or marketing functions can be implemented in accordance with the agreed commitments.
- Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, development and maintenance of employee performance.
- Developing the competence of all employees in the Branch Office.
- Total Experience 10 to 15 years being RM Lending and Team leader Lending
- Accustomed to looking for new customers
- Can make a credit proposal
- Understand the branch operation process
- Willing to be based in Jabodetabek area
