- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Accounting Finance Taxation experience in Forwarding company at least 3 years or Consulting experience for Forwarding company as Accounting or Tax consultant.
- Management experience.
- Strong knowledge for Taxation (Tax rules for Forwarding company).
- Conversational level up of English.
- Stable career (Average 3 years in one company).
- Ready to communicate with other divisions by proactive communication.
- Japanese Skill.
- Ready to join January 2022.
Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for conducting daily accounting, costing, financial and tax work related operation of the company.
- Supervise daily activity of Finance, Accounting & Tax team members.
- Check all journal entries and document precisely.
- Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of management accounts and preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Inhouse monthly closing and annual closing.
- Responsible for continual improvement of the company's corporate governance by developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.
- Provide financial analysis report for management.
- Responsible to support independent audit process.
- Update tax regulations regularly.
- Minimize the taxation issues additional tax payment by following the accurate tax rules.
- Responsible for managing priority of working target on timely basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
