Job Description
- Gather user/customers feedback and turn those into product requirements.
- Prioritize product roadmap and own the product requirements based on customers needs
- Lead agile product development process
- Collaborate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, & Operation team to create the solution
- Work closely with product designers to design best-in-market UI/UX for users
- Develop roadmaps based on customer feedback, data, and market needs.
- Review user stories to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirements
- Review scenario tests for the improvements, features, and projects to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirement.
- Manage multiple Product Metrics such as Daily Active User & Monthly Active User
- Do comprehensive testing such as A/B testing, pilot test
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Have an experience 2-5 years of experience as a product Manager or Project Management
- Experience in agile scrum method
- Have knowledge about technical/system development will be plus
- Have knowledge about user design & Experience element
- Have knowledge about customer research
- Comfortable with ambiguity or fast changing environment
- Have a good communication & collaboration skills
- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
