Job Responsibilities:
- Request pre-orders to every distributor in accordance with the confirming quota, insuring growth in all product segments vs prior year by size/type
- Monitoring distributor support activities and stock in his respected distributor in the region
- Monitoring competitor's market price.
- Develop GY Distributor sales team quality by doing more fleets visit and coordinating with the distributor sales team.
Regular visits to fleets, and distributors and develop a growth plan to exceed assigned targets.
Responsible for quota achievement in accordance to the prior quota agreement and also responsible for market share achievement which already has been accepted.
Developing new distribution opportunities and improving markets share by contacting the government, companies, fleet users, and projects in each region.
Job Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 1 year at the managerial level
- Basic Tire, Product, and Business Process Knowledge
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge
- Interpersonal, communication, influence, and impact
- Leadership skills (Motivating, Coaching, Delegating)
- English proficiency (oral and written) and computer literate
