JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads a Service Execution Team consist of flow control personnel and contractors.
- Training, Development and Performance Evaluation of direct-reports.
- Managing and Supervising Service Execution Jobs assigned.
- Develop and Managed a Network of Vendors to support Service Execution.
- Ensure Service Execution Jobs are managed in a professional manner that meets Quality Standard, Timeliness, Customer-Satisfaction and prescribed Profitability.
- Ensure adherence to FC Services’ Global processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to FC Services S’pore processes including Service Data-Base, Approval Grid and localized Service Deliverables (Service Report).
- Render Support to Pre-Service-Sales Activities, such as Costing, Sourcing, Technical Clarifications, Quotation Support and Customer Meetings etc.
- Provide Timely Reports (Monthly / Quarterly) to Area Service Manager.
- Assist Area Service Manager in Workshop Operations Management.
- Ensure Compliance to company's HSE Policy and ISO QMS Policy.
- Ensure Service-Gap Cases are duly logged for Service Portfolio development.
- Perform service work including In-house services work, installation, commissioning, and start up in a profitable, high quality and productive manner;
- Provide application engineering, quotation and perform service sales;
- To support inquiry-to-order process
- Provide job cost estimation for service quotation
- Review work scope, schedule and to develop detailed cost estimates
- Good English language capability
- Ability to work under pressure in difficult customer situations and in different cultural environments
- General knowledge on customer's processes and applications
- Decision making skills; made decision may have big financial influence and can effect on customer relationships
- Project management skills desirable.
