Job Description:
- Diagnosing problems with products and making recommendations for repair or replacement
- Repairing faulty product or replacing damaged parts
- Inspecting product to identify possible problems that could lead to future breakdowns
- Providing simple guidance for customers on how to maintain their products
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as technician of electronic products.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
