- Create, own, and execute a multi-year product roadmap aligned with the long term company strategy
- Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data, logic, and user empathy
- Own key results for your problem area, customer satisfaction, usability, on-time releases, and other critical metrics
- Develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery
- Work with Compliance, Risk and other local regulatory bodies to evangelize the KYC products that drives the financial inclusion for Indonesians
- Convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, roll out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by your problem area
- YOU HAVE TO BE INDONESIAN and open to work in Fintech.
- Product Management experience minimum 6 years. Open to Individual Contributor path.
- Preferred to have experience in managing complex product, by nature can be Business Process Improvement (Internal Products), Customer Service Products (ChatBot, Ai, Conflict Resolution), Platforms. More advantage if you have managed Risk, Sanction & Fraud and/or KYC Product itself.
