Helping Production Coordinator execute Production Orders on assembly line daily in order to achieve weekly target. Helping check availability of consumable goods, components, machines, tools & measurement equipment.
Ensure all production activities as mentioned above conducted in a safe manner, observe and implement safety procedures/instructions defined.
Key Accountabilities
PRODUCTION PROCESS/PROSES PRODUKSI
- Accept and execute task received from Production Coordinator including measuring layout, do the cable connection from wiring diagram including running the final test
- Helping Production Coordinator to check availability of components/materials from control panel to be assembled.
- Following safety guideline, to act and think safely.
- Help Production Coordinator to ensure that all components product accessories have been received are correct and quantities are accurate.
- Join trainings for operators how to use tools and equipment correctly, efficiently, and safely, including how to read manual instruction properly.
- Inform & help Production Coordinator do the daily maintenance activities of production facilities like machine, tools, equipment.
- Help Production Coordinator Ensure that all machines and electrical equipment has been turned off or locked before operators leaving the workplace.
- Maintain production area clean, tidy and orderly, keeping traveling way/pedestrian line clear and litter removal (to temporary waste storage area).
- Do the assembly in a manner that promotes safety and order lines at workplace, such as safety induction, carry out 5S, safety patrol, report all near miss, read work instruction or operating manual carefully before carrying out the work or running the equipment, etc.

- Graduate Technical High School and major in Electrical, preferably with experiences in production process as Operator.
- Have basic knowledge and attention to safety
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with coordinator
- Strong skill in reading & implement wiring diagram
