- To plan, organize and implement overall company's plantation auditing process according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Company's Policy & Procedures
- Requires to travel to off-site locations, conduct investigation towards areas of concern and formulating risk assessment.
- Responsible in ensuring the process of plantation auditing fulfil company and governmental obligations of compliance
- To establish, manage and monitor recommendations on policies & procedures in plantation auditing operation
- Compilation of data based on findings and preparation of daily reports to superior and top management
- Coordinate by creating and monitoring training materials and operating manuals for field audit department
- Maintaining and enhancing controls through evaluation to determine the effectiveness and efficiency
- Propose audit recommendations and advice, corrective and preventive action to Estate and Mill about audit finding in operational activities for control improvements, including renew of policy & procedure.
- Lead and supervise audit team in auditing of estate, mill and supporting department, include special audit project and Fraud Investigation.
- Background education in Agriculture is preferred.
- Ideally you need to have at least 10 years of working experience within the Audit/Technical function
- Willing to be based in Kalimantan
- Good leadership skill
- Having solid experience within the Palm Oil industry is a MUST
