- Vendor Management & Technical Services Manager
Location: Semarang
Job Responsibility:
- Arranging the procurement activity that is related to the company's transportation needs and ensuring the transportation's vendor can carry out the work optimally by the lead time delivery target, safety, and security of goods
- Coordinating with the operational unit to plan the distribution route
- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of vehicles
- Manage and coordinate with all the supporting vendors (drivers, workshops) and suppliers (spare parts, tires, etc.) to ensure productivity, safety, security, and cost-efficiency in delivery activity
- Bachelor degree, any major
- Minimum 2 years experience in first-line managerial function / 4 years experience in supervisory function in logistic and transportation activities for Pharmaceutical / FMCG company
- Experience in handling procurement activities, fleet and driver management and coordinating with external vendor (vehicle, driver, supplier)
- Experience in making and analyzing transportation costs
- Computer literate and has excellent skills in delivering a presentation
- Self-motivated, good analytical and communication
