- Serve as lead project manager for the firm's sustainability reporting efforts
- Manage end-to-end process of annual sustainability report in close collaboration with other functions, including the reporting website, development of assets such as videos, photography, info graphics and other enhancements
- Establish time line and project plan (e.g. RACI) for publishing the report in a timely fashion and build annual improvement plans to incorporate enhancements to drive toward industry-leading sustainability reporting
- Work closely with the Communications team to support the development of messaging and communication plan for the content in the sustainability report tailored to specific needs of various stakeholder audiences
- Interface with functional SMEs to collect content, improve reporting capabilities and procedures, collect and track sustainability data, in partnership with data providers the ESG Data & Process and Excellence Analyst, Internal Audit and Accounting
- Work with Communications to track and leverage usage and traffic metrics for sustainability report website to continuously identify opportunities for improving user experience
- Develop materials for internal awareness and education about sustainability report content
- 2+ years of track record of developing and delivering qualitative and quantitative sustainability and ESG reporting
- Proven experience successfully delivering within a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and knowledge of fundamental ESG frameworks, principles, conventions, regulatory regimes
- Highly organised and exceptional attention to detail with excellent project management skills
- Solid verbal, writing, editing, data visualisation and PowerPoint skills
- Superior interpersonal skills; builds and maintains solid relationships/credibility with counter parties
- Comfort with balancing multiple priorities and effective multi-tasking, with ability to manage stakeholders and prioritise work with support from senior team members
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity and navigate complex business organisation and projects
- Ability to operate collaboratively in a team culture
- Ability to distill complex topics into high-level, effective summaries for senior internal stakeholders
