Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing for right candidates, interview, selection, compensation proposals to right candidates join the Bank
- Build and maintain strong partnership with other HR partners, line managers and related recruitment vendors
- Participate in recruitment related projects and initiatives
- Maintain Talent Acquisition related report
- Manage recruitment portal updates as per set process
- Minimum 5 years of Recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university with relevant major background.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
