Key Accountabilities :
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing for right candidates, interview, selection, compensation proposals to right candidates join the Bank
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with other HR partners, line managers and related recruitment vendors
  • Participate in recruitment related projects and initiatives
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition related report
  • Manage recruitment portal updates as per set process
Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years of Recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university with relevant major background.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Team Player
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
