Responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, operation things, wage reviews, and disciplinary action.
Area of Responsibility:
- Provide expert input across a range of HR issues
- Supervise all HR processes in a division to ensure that policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.
- Increase people engagement and satisfaction through extensive support in employer branding and internal communication strategies.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, employee agreements, compensation and benefit plans, and salary structure.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of proven HR experience in end-to-end HR matter
- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams
- Growth mindset, teamwork, self-starter, can-do attitude, assertive, passionate about people
- A data-driven person with strong analytics, and Google Suites Savvy
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, and understand data
- People enthusiast and strong in employer branding
- Experience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Good knowledge of employment procedures/labor laws
