An exciting Industrial Relations Manager job has just become available in one of leading global manufacturing companies.
About the Industrial Relations Manager Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage relationships with unions and ensure that the company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders
- Manage general affairs and facility management in plants/sites
- Investigate and resolve complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor compliance with collective bargaining agreement provisions or with any other corporate-equivalent
- Proactively manage labour-related events to ensure harmonious relationship between company and worker
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field
- Thorough and deep understanding of Indonesian Labour Law
- Proven track record in managing bipartite meetings with the union
- Experienced in general affairs management and community relations
- Excellent communication skills both in Indonesian and English
- Familiar with a fast-paced environment
