Hiring & Selection
Provide direction to HRBP Analyst to lead end to end hiring process for Supervisor & below and work in pair with users (internal) or Talent Acquisition team (external) to ensure all vacancies fulfillment
Training & Development
Facilitate the organization needs to build employee capability by identifying the competency gaps and work with Capability Development Lead to define targeted training program to address the gaps
Industrial and Employee Relations
Actively to build and to maintain harmonious Industrial Relations climate in the respective factories by empower Managers being more hands on to manage employee concerns
Organization & Employee Data Analytics
Ensure employee data is 100% reliable reflecting the current actual and provide regular update for the factory organization and employee related data analytics including FTE, OVT, organization chart, 3rd party employee recap, etc.
Factory Team Engagement & Wellbeing
Plan, implement and evaluate engagement program for factory to be aligned with QOR and IR Engagement Program. Added to it, also need to regular monitor and work with related parties (SHE Manager, representative factory doctor) related employee wellbeing i.e., Covid vaccination and case monitoring, prolong illness monitoring, etc.
- Min. Bachelor Degree from national reputable university with preferable major: Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or Psychology
- Min. 10 years in HR function and min. 5 years as HR Manager
