- Ensure to control all banquet events, manage the team and allocate responsibilities to the team.
- Train and develop the banquet team and follow SOP
- Work closely with the sales and kitchen teams to ensure that revenues and guest satisfaction
- Direct and maintain the safety and sanitation of all areas in meeting rooms and ballrooms
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience as BOM
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
