Job Description

  • Managing specified budget lines and coordinating with all stakeholders ensuring accurate work plans as referred to in the project document.
  • Performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
  • Recommends action to be taken on office expenditures such as equipment and supply needs while preparing office budget and plan.
  • Undertake specific tasks on identified projects including completing relevant project documentation.
  • Takes and transcribes dictation on technical and confidential matters from the administrator or executives.

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Secretarial or Administrative.
  • Ideally coming from a Services, Legal, or Government background.
