- Managing specified budget lines and coordinating with all stakeholders ensuring accurate work plans as referred to in the project document.
- Performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
- Recommends action to be taken on office expenditures such as equipment and supply needs while preparing office budget and plan.
- Undertake specific tasks on identified projects including completing relevant project documentation.
- Takes and transcribes dictation on technical and confidential matters from the administrator or executives.
- 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Secretarial or Administrative.
- Ideally coming from a Services, Legal, or Government background.
- Possess a strong understanding of Indonesian law and regulations.
- Clear boundaries of Office Management inquiries and Secretarial inquiries.
- Global team exposure.
