- Develop and maintain project tracker: tasks, PICs, timelines, and status;
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to prevent project delays;
- Control multiple projects simultaneously, track and report project milestones;
- Develop & analyse current processes, reports, the capacity of user groups, guidelines, and setup required by the assigned projects (including but not limited to workflow, reports, and business rules);
- Actively seek methods to enhance overall operations department effectiveness, efficiency, and performance. (This can mean taking a more active role in day-to-day work within the project life-cycle or identifying opportunities for improved efficiency or effectiveness at the organizational level);
- Provide the recommendations related to the implementation of the related projects and resolve issues and solve problems in the responsible areas throughout the project cycle;
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- Min. 2 years experience in project management in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English is a must
