- Manage the Project Control / Services function with the Project Owner's Team for Smelter Expansion Project
- To be responsible for establishing and maintaining the specific Project Controls governance, processes and procedures across the Site portfolio of projects
- Working within a Functional Management structure, to provide day-to-day support to the Project Managers and the associated management teams whilst supporting functional responsibilities
- To support the Programme and Project Management in producing and maintaining the project governance documentation
- To establish and maintain Commercial controls, Baseline and Change Management processes and procedures
- To be responsible for Owner's Team Progress Measurement and Reporting
- To establish and maintain Project Risk Register and to be responsible for Risk Management function
- To manage development of Project's capital cost estimates, budgets and forecast at completion including establishment of contingency and other applicable allowances
- To implement best practices in planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement and reporting.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering and equivalent combination of qualifications / certifications in Project Management or related field of study
- At least 15 years of experience in operational and large capital projects in Minerals Processing in both brownfield and greenfield environment and Project Controls Management position
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Project and Primavera P6 or related softwares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
