Job Description

Customer service specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operation and maintenance of the company games’ social medias like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube etc.

2. Responsible for answering game players’ questions, recording the feedback

3. Maintain online community relationship, plan and organize online activities.

4. Assist operation dept. to propose the suggestions for game optimization to improve game operation data

5. Accomplish other tasks delivered by the supervisor

Requirements:

1. Passionate for games, enjoy communicating with users, understand users’ mentality and habits well

2. 1 years’ above game customer service related working experience above

3. Familiar with English language, with Chinese language will be priority

4. Have mature teamwork spirit, passionate for game career

5. Have proactive working attitude and professional ethics, can work under pressure

6. Prefer candidates with online community managing experience Company Name Moonton Technology
