Responsibilities
- Generate new business and developing area focus on Jabotabek & Bandung.
- Managing and develop business relationship of existing accounts.
- Develop and implement sales plans and provide information for sales action planning.
- Enhance and deploy a business development strategy focused on the client's needs, industry challenges, and deliver results that meet client expectations resulting in Indonesia.
- Monitor for sales key in all information into sales cloud for recording sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any majors from reputable university
- Must have 10 years of experience as Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding / Logistic Company.
- Exceptional Leadership, People Management, Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, & strategic management skills are required to establish overall strategy and direction
