- Expand the international business (B2B) to US, Europe, and or Japan.
- Identify current and potential markets.
- Managing internal & external stakeholders.
- Responsible in business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients.
- Submit short and long term sales plans and strategies with marketing programs that are available.
This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Other key requirements include:
- A minimum 10 years of work experience in B2B export sales (preferably to the US, Europe, and or Japan).
- Must have leadership experience of managing a team.
- Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
