Job Description

  • Oversee warehouse operation leading staff members and team leaders to achieve objectives
  • Manage inventory and performance and operational KPIs and track record and report on warehouse operational progress to your director.
  • Ensuring that all items/assets are properly stored, maintained and that any special meets requested are being met
  • Review warehouse team performance and adapting to business change
  • Ensure teams are trained in health and safety and are following company protocols
  • Dispatch equipment as requested by mechanics and engineers
  • Helps to create SOP and conduct warehouse security procedure

  • Min. Bachelor Degree and English Language is a must
  • Prior experience in leading warehousing operation at mining industry
  • Min +6 years of warehouse management experience
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse management and inventory controls
  • Experienced in using SAP
  • Excellent leadership and communication skill
  • Placement in East Indonesia (NOT roster)
