- Oversee warehouse operation leading staff members and team leaders to achieve objectives
- Manage inventory and performance and operational KPIs and track record and report on warehouse operational progress to your director.
- Ensuring that all items/assets are properly stored, maintained and that any special meets requested are being met
- Review warehouse team performance and adapting to business change
- Ensure teams are trained in health and safety and are following company protocols
- Dispatch equipment as requested by mechanics and engineers
- Helps to create SOP and conduct warehouse security procedure
- Min. Bachelor Degree and English Language is a must
- Prior experience in leading warehousing operation at mining industry
- Min +6 years of warehouse management experience
- Knowledgeable in warehouse management and inventory controls
- Experienced in using SAP
- Excellent leadership and communication skill
- Placement in East Indonesia (NOT roster)
