ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Support on several work process improvement (WPI) projects in Quality Assurance department
Reports to: Quality Compliance & Performance Mgr.
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Coordinating record management integration to be align with digitalization project
- Responsible for the drive and implementation of simplification initiatives (WPIs)
- Responsible to conduct training to SME and stakeholder, as well create the CBA (Current Best Approach) for simplification initiative
- Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Have knowledge and understanding of Project Management
- Intermediate excel skills
- Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person
