Responsibilities:
- Conduct market insights and set market objectives based on target customers.
- Be good at teamwork and leadership, lead pre-sales and post-sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Directly connect to level-C customers of core account.
- Manage customer organizational relationship.
- Understand the customer's business.
- Master the knowledge of company product and services.
- Respect partners and properly manage partners.
- Handle channel conflicts based on partner principles.
- Proactively plan marketing activities to obtain more project opportunities.
- Comply with laws and regulations and carry out sales business within the rules.
- Bachelor Degree's in Economy, Management, IT, Computer Science, Electronic or related major.
- Experienced in IT company or SI (System Integrator) for more than 3 years.
- Professional knowledge for IP or Optical Network technology
