Responsibilities :
- Preparing New Joiner Activity to ensure good candidate experience
- Blast welcoming email to the Candidate & Internal Company
- Sent the new joiner probation form & set a scheduled probation review to all stakeholders
- Create design template of New Joiner Notification
- Fill-up the information new joiner into Gsheet (List Onboarding & Welcome kit)
- Email Prevue & Case Test to the shortlisted candidate
- Any major for final year students or fresh graduate
- Canva and Gsuite proficient
- Able to work with data & numbers
- Has a good analytical skill
- Have an eagerness to learn something new
