We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers' business, operations and objectives.
This position will be actively handle and develop both internal and external relations in order to make customers and organization successful and could be focusing on selling a specific part of the customer's business/technology area and/or geography.
You will:
Improve customer relationships
Build and optimize team's performance to enable flawless transition to operations
You are encouraged to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
Manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions
To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: Bachelor of Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Business Administration, Engineering, Master of Science or relevant degree
5 - 7 years experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry
Excellent experience with Cloud/ Digital Service domain, SAS, BSS/ OSS, Manage Service
Knowledgeable telco background with consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
B2B sales (telecommunication or enterprise)
Customer negotiation, market insight, leadership, innovative, critical thinking skills
Have excellent written and verbal both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Run customer & market insight as well as lead P&L report
Teamwork & leadership experience, innovative and creative
Social ability and interpersonal skills
Accountable and committed with a passion to win
