Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.
- Providing technical leadership at the enterprise level and serve an integral role in operations and business development.
- Making recommendations and present business advantages for technology initiatives and improvements.
- Responsible to manage capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and tech operations.
- Structuring technology policies, procedures, and standards to ensure organizational success
- Able to identify the opportunity of new trend of digital technology to support the improvement or integrating system with more effective in purpose achieving the business goals or needs of each Business Units.
- Leading the strategic and tactical for interface solution management for Southeast Asia.
- Contributes collaboratively within a creative and fast-paced environment to ensure design and delivery of high quality, scalable and innovative, configurable solutions that adhere to high standards for architecture, security, privacy, and best practices.
- Lead the effort towards the optimization of the existing products as well as the launch of the new products.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information System or related fields.
- 15+ years’ experience in executive leadership roles with a proven track record of technology innovation, design, development, and implementation.
- Experience in working with ERP system and other IT application.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to remain current on emerging digital technologies.
- Proven experience on driving and executing digital transformation and IT management.
