- Handling and managing end-to-end HRGA matters, from recruitment to termination
- Be in contact with management for manpower planning and strategies for HR function
- Proactively improve and increase productivity of the workforce
- Handling legal general affairs matters, such as working contract, permit, building licenses, and PKB
- Ensuring highest quality of work from the HRGA function, including empowering environment and proper workplace
- Handling and overviewing data of manpower and HRIS input processes
- Creating and developing training and learning programs that support the needs of the organization
Requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably law, psychology, or management major
- Minimum of 7 years of experiences in end-to-end HR function, at least 2 years experience of handling Organizational Development & GA Legal
- English is a must for this position
- Knowledge of current Indonesian labor laws for human resources, building management, and manufacturing
- Proven experiences in implementing HR projects
- Previous experience in handling blue collar workers
- Ability to go on business trips to factories
