- Manage and coordinate projects between MNP and partners.
- Analyzing, creating, and coordinating project preparations such as budgeting, human resources allocation, and other facility needs.
- Develop and manage the project schedule and work plan.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Coordinate sprint and problem-solving project problems.
- Evaluate project implementation.
- Follow-up project evaluation.
- Develop programs/activities that are run.
- Minimum S1 with Management or Business Administration major
- Minimum experience of 2 years
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Have problem-solving skills
- Have experience in leading projects
- Able to think analytically
- Used to managing and coordinating project schedules
- Have an experience in monitoring and evaluating program
