With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). What you will learn and contribute to
Responsibility
- Accountable for executing project delivery for the applicable part of the project scope
- Owns and manage stakeholder relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas
- Ensure operational continuity and smooth execution by implementing proactive delivery management practices
- Primary contact within Nokia for planning and execution, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation topics for all phases of the execute process
- Continuous Project Management Planning and implementation of the Project Management methodologies
- Assurance of compliance to delivery model as defined by SU NPO
- Measure and track operational KPIs (SLA, time, scope, quality) and cost compliance (recharge vs CBL)
- Drives for continuous efficiency improvement in terms of cost adherence and to optimise projects' operational performance.
- Strong alignment with GSD on the process, tools, way of working, knowledge management and best practices
- Work on Business case and CBL for NPO Project in IDS Market.
- Set up and maintain clear and effective internal and external communication within the relevant project stakeholders (customer and project teams)
- Drive Customer Satisfaction through the established survey mechanisms and by providing services that are fully compliant with the SLA/KPI
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in telecommunications or electronics
- At least 7 years in NPO 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G
- Presentation skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia in a must
- Experience in Telkomsel project is preferable
- PMP certification is a plus
- Work as team player
- Good experience in team coordination and stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish key relationship with all decision makers
