- Develop and drive HR strategies implementation to align with business needs and objectives
- Manage and lead end-to-end Human Resources department and people matters from hire to retire
- Strong understanding of business direction and needs and translate into people agendas and initiatives whilst also act as Human Resource Business Partner or People Advisor to the business
- Manage end-to-end talent cycle from talent acquisition to determine suitable talent needs through to talent management and development
- Develop and drive performance management program to enhance productivity and business goals are met
- Bridge management and employees relations by addressing demands, socialising best practices and driving culture
- Ensure regulatory compliance including industrial relations and organization global standard and structure
- Demonstrated generalist experiences having exposed and managed to full spectrum of Human Resources with 4-7years of working experience
- Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of labor law, regulatory compliance and HR best practices
- Demonstrated business partnering experience in partnering and supporting business head whilst managing end-to-end HR department
- Ability to architect and drive the implement the best practices and strategies alongside business head through demonstrated leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage relationship with all stakeholders and employees at all levels of the company
- People oriented with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong English skills both verbal and written
