A well funded (series C) Indonesian start up with an exciting future is recruiting for a General Manager - Lending (VP) job to help lead a new business.

About the General Manager - Lending (VP) Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the whole commercial and operational functions for the new business and be responsible for the development and implementation of the short and long-term strategic business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create the long-term strategy and vision, and develop and execute strategic projects that will position the business successfully in a rapidly evolving landscape
  • Guide the team in creating, implementing, and tracking the whole operational plans aligned with the strategies
  • Shape the financial products road-map and define key product capabilities
  • Sustain the operations by identifying new business and generating new opportunities
  • Manage the whole P&L of the business
To succeed in this General Manager - Lending (VP) role, you will need at least 10 years of experience in strategy, commercial, operations, product management, and business development as well as posses an impressive track record of continuous delivery and business growth.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of eight years' experiences in the financial industry (banking, fintech, etc.) and/or top consulting firm along with the proven capability of strong leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree and above in Accounting, Business, Data Analytic, Finance, Engineering, or other related field from a reputable university
  • Vast network in banks, SaaS, regulators, or other relevant industry ecosystem
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
