Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that support the growth and expansion of company's derivative product lines
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and relationship building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure successful development and launch of new derivative products
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and product development
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company's derivative products and increase brand awareness
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Vice President of Sales
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably from F&B/FMCG
- Strong knowledge of derivative products and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and product development
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
