Responsibilities:
- Leading the contract generation (quality, practice, and continuous improvement)
- Responsible for commercial and legal affairs-related content bidding
- Develop the contract solution preparation, modification, and consolidation
- Identify commercial & legal risks, develop mitigation solutions, and implement the result
- Responsible for disclosing risks in contract clauses.
- Leading regular scanning of the account's contract risks
- Performing contract handover and ensure that key information such as contract responsibilities, rights, risks, and assumptions is completely transferred.
- Leading in the output of the transaction conventions and contract management guide of the account
- Having bachelor degree in law or English majors
- 5+ years working experiences
- Able to negotiate with customers (Good Communication)
- Experienced at account manager, MSSD, GTS, project finance, and legal affairs
- Experienced with handling multiple projects
- Strong language skillset is a must
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus
- Open for Malaysian and Indonesian nationalities
