- Proceed checking in and checking out for customers
- Act as a relation staff between customer service and other departments
- Responding to question and demand from customer
- Handle complaint and any issue from customer
- Providing helpful information about apartment facilities and city public places
- Providing feedback from customer to building management, in order to improve apartment service and overall customer satisfaction ratings
- Japanese speaker (minimum JLPT N3 level holder or equivalent)
- At least Diploma/Bachelor graduate
- Prefer have previous experience working in hospitality industry or have experience working with Japanese / in Japanese industry
- Willing to work in Kota Deltamas, Cikarang
- Available night shift work
