OVERVIEW OF DUTIES
- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food & beverage in the restaurant and banquet.
- Runs daily operation of restaurant, room services and banquet.
- Ensures daily coordination with kitchen department about monthly special and beverage promotion.
- Participates in market planning and responsible to the implementation of approved promotional and marketing plans.
- Good interpersonal skills and self-confident.
