OVERVIEW OF DUTIES
  • Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food & beverage in the restaurant and banquet.
  • Runs daily operation of restaurant, room services and banquet.
  • Ensures daily coordination with kitchen department about monthly special and beverage promotion.
  • Participates in market planning and responsible to the implementation of approved promotional and marketing plans.
