About the Commercial Manager (Animal Feed) Role:
The Commercial Manager (Animal Feed) will be responsible for building and expanding the company's presence in the feed industry in Indonesia, with the opportunity to direct how the commercial operations are run as the company is being established in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently to actively seek out new potential customers
- Manage current commercial accounts
- Develop a commercial strategy
- Report monthly on commercial efforts and results
- Take ownership over pricing methods
- Represent at relevant industry fairs and events
Key Requirements:
- Well connected in the Indonesian feed industry
- Knowledge in feed formulation
- Knowledge in animal nutrition
- Able to function in an international work environment
- Not afraid to speak up
- A relevant higher education degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- Good communicator in both Indonesian and English
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Able to work independently, while at the same time act as an integral part of the team
- Shows initiative, driven by results and able to think of solutions
- Be willing to be based in Jakarta
