Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end Human Resources department such as talent acquisition, people development, talent management, organisation development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
  • Lead HR team: talent acquisition, HRBP and HR Ops
  • Assess and identify gaps in organization design and people programs
  • Develop, drive and implement an effective organization design and development including compensation & benefits, performance management, and people management framework and strategy
  • Manages and resolves people and related organizational gaps or issues
  • Strategic people leader and partner for the business including its senior leadership team and to the HR team
Strategic HR role|Growing start-up
  • Professional HR leader with at least 7+ years of working experiences with strong track record in HRBP and HR Development
  • Ideally have exposures working in tech or start-up space to understand the market and talent dynamic
  • Must have strong exposures in organization development, performance management, compensation and benefit, people development and business partnering
  • Proven track record in revamping and/or developing compensation & benefits, performance management, people development and organization development
  • Experience in business expansion will be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills to partner with leadership team and leading HR team.
