- Driving a sales and adoption of Lummo products to inbound/outbound prospects in assigned geographical markets using a consultative approach
- Understanding pain points of the business and proposing solution to meet customer requirements
- Engaging with C-level executives, customer support / marketing leaders and decision makers at prospective companies
- Build trusted relationships with your users by becoming a subject matter expert on their business and their Lummo integration
- Driving the customers’ onboarding and giving them the adequate trainings for them to increase their usage and adoption of Lummo products
- Working closely with product and marketing team to address them the needs from customers and giving them the feedback
- Consistently exceeding the quarterly target revenue
- Consistently achieving targets of monthly meeting activity and pipeline
- At least 3-5 years working as a merchant acquisition with a proven track record of success in the sales cycle from planning to closing
- An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and balance a heavy workload.
- Never say “No” attitude
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve the merchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels.
- Highly energetic and self-motivated individual with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to do demos and great presentations using remote online meetings / webinars
- Ability to quickly build rapport and take deals to closure
- Prior experience working at a startup or tech company is a plus
